Shipping & Delivery Policy – Pawtastic Munchies (UK)

This policy applies to all orders placed within the United Kingdom.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).

Orders placed after 2pm will be processed the next business day.

Please note that during busy periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Delivery Services

We use trusted UK delivery services to ensure your order arrives safely. Estimated delivery times are:

• Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days

• Tracked Delivery: 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on:

• Order weight

• Delivery method selected

Any applicable delivery charges will be clearly displayed before purchase, in line with UK consumer law.

Delayed Deliveries

While we aim to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to courier issues, weather, or factors beyond our control.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if your order does not arrive within a reasonable time, you are entitled to contact us to arrange:

• A new delivery date, or

• A full refund if delivery cannot be completed

Lost or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within 7 business days of the expected delivery date, please contact us. We will investigate with the courier and, where appropriate, issue a replacement or refund.

Incorrect Delivery Details

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information at checkout.

We cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs will apply.

Damaged Items During Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and items so we can resolve the issue promptly.

International Shipping

At this time, Pawtastic Munchies ships within the UK only. Any future international shipping options will be clearly stated.
