Refund & Returns Policy – Pawtastic Munchies (UK)



This policy applies to all purchases made from Pawtastic Munchies within the United Kingdom.



Your Legal Rights



Under UK consumer law, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if goods are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose.



Perishable & Food Products



As our products are perishable pet food and treats, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for items that have been opened, partially used, or consumed, unless they are faulty.


This is in line with UK law, which allows exemptions for perishable goods.



Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items



If your order arrives:


  • Faulty
  • Damaged
  • Unsafe
  • Incorrect



Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:


  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging



If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or full refund, including any delivery costs, as required by UK law.



Change of Mind (Distance Selling)



Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery only if:


  • The product is unopened
  • The seal is intact
  • The item is unused and in resalable condition



To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing within 14 days.

Returned items must be sent back within 14 days of cancellation.


⚠️ Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.



Non-Refundable Items



We do not offer refunds for:


  • Opened or used pet food or treats
  • Custom or made-to-order products
  • Items damaged after delivery
  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)




Refund Processing



Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item or confirming the fault.



Allergies & Feeding Responsibility



Please check ingredient lists carefully before purchase. Pawtastic Munchies cannot accept responsibility for allergic reactions or sensitivities. Pets should always be supervised while enjoying treats.
